Do You Run Your Business Based on Passion or Fear?
vs
What I love about working with entrepreneurs is that you have taken the BIG courageous leap and have decided to make a living out of doing something that you either LOVE or do darn well. We almost always START our businesses with a sense of love and passion for what we deliver.
Then we make the financial investment, sales are not as optimistic as we had hoped, energy levels go down and so do cash flow levels. What was once a passion has turned on itself and the flipside is fear. Fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of loss, fear of instability....you know the list. And then we operate our businesses from this energy...yikes.
When I first started my business 4 years ago, I remember feeling this low energy and I was desparate to get new clients. Guess what? The energy of fear guaranteed that I did not get any clients because I was in service of no one but me. When I realized that I needed to give my very very best and be in the place of serving rather than getting, the clients came flowing to me.
Point of the story? Tap back into why you love the business you are in, keep your service quality high, don't cut corners and focus on your signature strengths. Give knowing that it will come full circle. We'd love to hear your comments. Email us at info@enspirecoaching.com

Personal Reflection
I am so blessed. Really, I'm not just saying it because it sounds good. It has been a crazy couple of weeks with my kids frantically crazed in dance, swimming and choir activities. My husband is managing multiple deadlines and projects at work and I have been juggling client deadlines, presentations and business development projects on top of my volunteer responsibilities on a Board and a couple of community marketing and fundraising committees. With all this though, I look at my family and we have not missed a beat. We still snuggle up at bedtime and read together, we still joke when we have our meals, we still hug and kiss each other and tell each other that we love our family. Sure - the dishes and laundry might not be done, but we seem to be in sync with what first things first means to us. I am so blessed.
