Personal Reflection

Whew!  What a month!  I don't ever remember feeling so stretched in my emotions before.  From being deeply sad and in grief over 2 recent deaths of important people in my family's life, to being immensely proud of my children's incredible accomplishments this year in school and in their respective performances AND experiencing intense anger and frustration over our community's malaise in operating with high integrity and respect for each other, to feeling so, so grateful for this holiday season and all the beauty, joy, peace, goodness and grace that it brings....whew!  My emotional bandwidth is being stretched more than I thought it was capable of.  Where I am landing with all this is one very profound feeling of LOVE - giving it, receiving it, saying it, showing it, sitting in it and surounding myself with it.  I URGE you to take stock at this very precious time of year, when emotions can run wild, to sit still for a moment and really feel the feeling of LOVE.  Let it fill you up and go about your day from there....Happy, happy Holidays!.
