Greatness Tip!Writing in my journal is something that I look forward to everyday. Many of us have thought of doing it one time
or another. Whether you began as a child with a diary, dabbled with it once
in a while, or are devoted to and passionate about writing, it is a creative
outlet we are drawn to for many different reasons. The process often appeals
to us when we begin our personal journey of self discovery and look for ways
to support our new ideas. Writing a journal is a practice that allows us to
explore our inner most thoughts, dreams or fears. Yvonne Attard Consulting and Coaching is
pleased to announce that Lori Bateman, of Journey Into Journaling, has joined
its team. Lori’s love of journaling began
with her first diary when she was 10 years old and developed into a life long
passion and desire to teach others. 37 years and 55 books later, Lori is now
available to anyone who would like to learn to write or would like to explore
their writing on another level. She
has an amazing knack for helping you with fresh insights whether you are just
beginning or are experienced in your journaling journey. SpotlightJournal away this summer!Welcome long lazy days of summer! And what a great time to spend with

cleanse last week. What is that, you
ask? This is when you eliminate red
meat, dairy, gluten, and sugar from your diet as well as the obvious things
like alcohol, caffeine and yummy Cs (chips, cookies and chocolate). You do this to eliminate all the toxins
from your body and frankly, feel what it’s like to eat clean. The results are amazing – my skin feels
better, I have more energy – all is good.
Now, you need to know that I have completed two other cleanses in past
years with the hopes of detoxifying my system and I have been left feeling
deprived. This time was different and
I realize it is solely because of my attitude. In the past, I used to moan and groan about
what I could NOT eat during the cleanse – what I
couldn’t have. This time, I decided to
choose health. I focused on what I COULD
have and saw that I was choosing to put good food in my body. Simply switching
my perspective around made the cleanse so much more
enjoyable. What did I learn? That attitude
really IS everything and we always have choice. Linda M. – thanks! |
